On Sept. 12, 2006 Thermaltake demonstrated its innovation and extraordinary RD ability at ATI’s Thermo-Mechanical Packaging & Power Technology 2006 Forum and Exposition, by presenting the next generation liquid cooling solution for the highest level dual graphic card system. This solution has a self-contained dual 5.25” drive bay module which includes pump, radiator, and reservoir, plus a dual channel loop. With the new designed ultra slim cold-plate that cools GPU, BGA memory and VRM; each graphic card plus cold-plate only takes up one PCI slot. The brazing technology on cold-plate along with CPC quick connector used in medical industry provided the best leak proof combination for this liquid cooling solution.
